For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by driving and the world of cars. My favourite childhood memories are the Saturdays when we used to fix cars together in our garage, we repaired the Zsiguli (kids today might not even know these cars anymore) and we got to spend real quality Father-Son time together.

The other activity I could wholeheartedly love was sport. A rich and meaningful water polo career I had already begun building my post-sport "civilian life", and I deliberately prepared for the automotive world. After training as an IT technician, I graduated as a mechatronics engineer, giving me comprehensive technical expertise to lead our workshop.

I am grateful that just as I spent the first 35 years of my life making a living doing what I loved and giving myself wholeheartedly to sport, now I’ll be able to carry on doing what I’ve been passionate about since I was a child for the next 35 years and I enjoy every single minute I spend in the workshop.

Sport taught me how much sacrifice, perseverance, humility, and above all, hard work it takes to be among the world's best. This the mindset and attitude I carry into automotive repair too.

It is a source of boundless joy that My father is still by my side and plays an active part in the day-to-day running of the company, and I am proud of my colleagues, who work with the same dedication and commitment as I do, striving for the ultimate customer experience every single day.

Alongside his sporting career, he graduated as a mechatronics engineer and began his civilian career by taking the helm at Decker Autó Kft. As a multiple BMW owner himself, he is a devoted fan of the Bavarian brand. In circuit racing, he caused his rivals no end of surprises with his self-built BMW E36 racing car, whilst at the same time touring Europe’s winding roads in his BMW E30 convertible, which had been restored to his own unique specifications. Under Ádám’s technical leadership, every BMW that enters his workshop receives special attention and expert care.

He has been working with us since the company was founded; as a car mechanic, he is quite literally one of the company’s cornerstones. He has spent more than 10 years working in authorised dealerships and has a total of around 20 years" professional experience. The experience he gained at a BMW authorised service centre (Wallis Duna) is a great help to us when servicing "Bavarian’ makes. As well as carrying out repairs, in his role as workshop manager he coordinates the team of mechanics and oversees the day-to-day repairs. Alongside his professional qualifications and experience, he is constantly undertaking further training and upgrading the workshop’s equipment. He doesn’t like it when you turn up with an empty tank, a muddy car, or late 😀

He has an in-depth understanding of the specific characteristics of BMW models, the manufacturer’s documentation, and the prescribed repair techniques. Reliability, precision, and high quality are his top priorities—exactly what a premium BMW owner expects.

He’s the sort of person you’re likely to bump into in the workshop almost round the clock; he won’t rest until a problem’s been sorted out. It’s true. We often have to send him home at 8 pm. We’re starting to worry he’ll move in. 😀 Many of our regular customers seek him out personally; he identifies faults with unvarnished honesty and sincerity, and solves them with incredible determination. After gaining professional experience at a brand-authorised service centre and holding various roles at other specialist firms, he decided a few years ago to join us and has been a valuable asset to the team ever since. He’ll be here shortly – he’s just "taking apart" an engine and "overhauling" a gearbox….

Having also worked in a brand-authorised service centre, he was employed by a domestic company specialising in vehicle diagnostics when we literally snapped him up. Ours isn’t your typical recruitment story; based on his personality, professional expertise and experience in automotive electronics and diagnostics, we knew straight away that once he’d come to our attention, we wouldn’t let him go. As well as car repairs, he has no trouble with complex workflows involving programming, modules and coding, or with troubleshooting. He has a comprehensive understanding of the intricate networks found in today’s modern cars. He is precise, reliable and, above all, a true team player.

Master bodywork fitter

Head of the bodywork workshop. He joined our company in 2026, having also come from a manufacturer-authorised service centre. After a long search, we found in him the colleague whose personal qualities fit in with the team spirit we embody, and whose professional expertise is of such a high standard that our customers have been choosing us for years, so we won’t settle for anything less when it comes to bodywork repairs either. As well as delivering flawless repairs, we rely on him for claims handling, so he manages and oversees the entire claims process for damaged vehicles.

Gábor Dömötör

Office Manager

Gábor joined us after many years of working as a receptionist and service adviser, as well as gaining experience in an authorised service centre. He is the person our customers interact with most often, as he currently runs the entire workshop office single-handedly. He communicates with customers, prepares quotes and work orders, and constantly monitors work processes and parts requirements. Although he does not hold a formal qualification as a car mechanic, he has a sound technical understanding of repairs, which enables him to provide customers with plenty of useful advice and information, as well as recommendations regarding the work. He’s a one-man team, so if he’s busy with a customer and the phone rings whilst a colleague is dictating the part number needed for a repair, he might reply to the 60–80 emails he receives each day a little later – so we’d ask you to be a little patient.😀
